Bring vocabulary book to class today.

Journal: Using ten of your vocabulary words, write a short story. Share with class.

Read: “The Life of Mary Jemison”. Discussion. Reading log and response.

Friday, September 17th:

Essay and rough draft are due.

Break into groups and do collaborative learning on Anne Bradstreet and other women poets and writers of the Puritan era.
