Go over: Types of sentences and Syntax
In class essay on Porfiry (the description of the essay is also on Engrade).  Write a two page minimum essay which is well crafted and organized in which you analyze the ploy Raskolnikov uses to trick Porfiry (and whether or not it works), a description of Porfiry and the rather strange behavior Porfiry employs in his meeting with Raskolnikov.  This is due at the end of the class.

Friday, April 12th:
Catch up day to work on outstanding work.
